- We use a pellet heating system for CO²-neutral energy. Pellets are made from sawdust, a byproduct of wood production, and release only as much CO² during combustion as the wood absorbed during its growth.
- To reduce plastic waste, we avoid single-use plastic amenities like small shampoo bottles.
- We provide pencils instead of ballpoint pens to further align with our sustainable practices.
- All our hotel linens are certified with the "Green Button," ensuring sustainable and ethical textile production.

How can I speed up the check-in process?
One day before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with the link to our online check-in. You can fill this in completely before your arrival.
Please be aware that we will take your credit card number for security purposes when you check in. We look forward to your arrival!
I would like to use your shuttle to the hotel and the airport!
Our free shuttle runs every half hour (except between 01.00 and 02.30 AM - there on demand - please call: 06107 4059765)

Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes, we welcome pets in certain rooms! For each room category, we have reserved a fixed number of rooms in which pets are allowed. These ‘pet rooms’ ensure that all other rooms remain pet-free.
Please indicate when booking if you are travelling with a pet so that we can reserve one of these rooms for you.
Do you have rooms where pets are not allowed?
Yes, we do of course offer rooms where pets are not allowed.
To ensure that these rooms remain pet-free, we only allow pets in a limited number of specially designated ‘pet rooms’. If you would like a pet-free room, please let us know when you make your booking so that we can take your preference into account.
Jogging - walking - catching your breath
The Südpark begins right on our doorstep with spacious walking paths, a water playground and a large barbecue area. The north-west runway is only a 5-minute walk away. For lovers of aeroplanes, this is a great place for close-up flight observations.
